The Jewish community has strong feelings about whether some Jewish holidays have secular counterparts. Is Purim Jewish Halloween? Is Erev Rosh Hashanah Jewish New Year’s Eve? Is Tu B’Av Jewish Valentine’s Day?
Regardless if you think the answers to those questions are “Absolutely!” or “Absolutely not!,” there are at least a few certainties we can find here.
